HONOLULU (KHON2) — An Oahu judge ruled that some key statements that defendants made to police in the murder investigation of a 10-year-old Wahiawa girl can be used in the trial.
On Friday, May 1, attorneys for Brandy and Thomas Blas and Debra Geron were in court. They argued the statements their clients made to Honolulu police in their initial investigation should be thrown out because officers did not read them their rights.
