Former Lupe Tortilla employee who recorded customers in restroom sentenced to 1 year, records show

A former Houston restaurant employee is facing a year in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of invasive visual recording, court records show.

Bayson Elias Pu, 31, was arrested and charged on New Year’s Eve with a felony charge of invasive visual recording. On Friday, Eyewitness News obtained court documents reflecting his guilty plea and a one-year jail sentence.
