Houston’s next $290M skyline standout could break ground this fall

Houston’s skyline could soon gain another standout. A $290 million, 44-story luxury tower planned near the Galleria could break ground this fall, with developers billing the project as a future landmark.

A 979,800-square-foot project could kick off at 2120 Post Oak Blvd this September, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. While TDLR filings are subject to change, this one outlines a roughly four-year mixed-use project with a hotel, retail, condos and a parking garage.
