A man from Houston, Texas, has been arrested in Randolph County. The Arkansas State Police arrested 42 year old Mareo Yates of Houston, Texas on charges of possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance-stimulants, possession with purpose to deliver a schedule 6 controlled substance, felony endangering the welfare of a minor, tampering with physical evidence, open container in a motor vehicle, driving while license suspended or revoked, and speeding. He was taken to the Randolph County jail.
A man from Pocahontas was arrested Saturday on battery and assault charges. 33-year-old Robert Young is charged with third-degree battery and first-degree assault. He is being held in Randolph County jail.
A man from Pocahontas was arrested on Friday on drug charges. 36-year-old Tyrecus Hunter was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Randolph County jail.
