Mansions in Memorial Villages and Montgomery County dominated the most expensive home sales in the Houston area in June, including one of the priciest estates sold in the Magnolia area since 2000.
Located on Red Bay Circle, the home sits just outside The Woodlands with the Magnolia real estate market defined by the Houston Association of Realtors. The home’s asking price of $5.9 million may not seem jaw-dropping to Inner Loop dwellers. But for the small town north of Houston, where the median home price is about $410,000, it represents a rare luxury transaction.
