HOUSTON – The man accused of attacking and stabbing a nurse inside a Texas Medical Center parking garage now faces federal kidnapping and carjacking charges, according to the FBI’s Houston office.
Perry Bernard Green, 46, is accused of attacking a woman with a knife inside a parking garage at the Texas Medical Center on May 11, 2026.
The FBI Houston office announced Tuesday that Green now faces the federal charges. The agency said it continues to target violent criminals in the Houston community. Additional details about the federal case were not immediately released.
