A cold front is still approaching bringing rainfall across SE Texas. The heaviest rainfall this morning is down to Victoria and Palacios.
Street flooding is expected in SE Texas as some places have already seen 4-7+” of rainfall overnight and the boundary is still stalling possibly bringing more rainfall to those places…
