Deputies responded to a theft call for service near the 9800 block of Blackhawk Blvd.
During the investigation, it was reported that a female suspect entered the business, stole approximately $395 worth of merchandise, and fled the location. Later, the same suspect reportedly returned to the store and concealed an additional $113 worth of merchandise. The complainant contacted deputies again, and the suspect was detained on scene.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted, and charges of State Jail Felony Theft with two or more prior convictions were accepted. The female suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
