Holt’s former yacht captain Jay Jones alleges Holt pressured him to transport illegal narcotics into the United States through Texas, while Holt accused the former captain of over $1 million in theft and an extortion attempt tied to the drug smuggling allegations. They sued each other in Harris and Blanco counties last week, and their Houston-based attorneys each deny the other’s accusations.
