A 328-acre ‘lifestyle destination’ is bringing more housing, healthcare, and hospitality to a sprawling master-planned community in North Houston.
On Tuesday, The Signorelli Company broke ground on the residential component of the Azalea District at Valley Ranch in New Caney, according to a company news release. The first phase includes 156 single-family homes, scheduled to deliver this summer.
Once complete, the Azalea District will encompass 359 single-family homes across 203 acres—the final single-family expansion of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch development.
