Fire department officials said a man was rushed to the hospital due to burns from a house fire in east Houston on Sunday evening.
According to the Houston Fire Department, crews were dispatched to the fire at about 7:15 p.m. on Sunday in the 13000 block of Blythe Street near Cimarron Street.
Authorities said the man was taken to the hospital for multiple burns. Officials said a woman was also at the scene, but was not injured. No firefighters were injured, according to HFD…
