HOUSTON – As Memorial Day approaches, a local volunteer group invited the Houston community to remember the true meaning behind the holiday through a tradition at Houston National Cemetery.
For its sixth consecutive year, Houston Millennials, alongside VFW Post 8790, will host its annual Flags of Honor Memorial Day Flag Planting event on Sunday morning at the cemetery on Veterans Memorial Drive.
