A 19-year-old man suspected in a series of chain-snatching robberies in Long Beach is in custody, police said Friday.
Investigators identified Anthony Stevens, a Long Beach resident, as the suspect in three robberies reported near the 1500 block of Martin Luther King Avenue on April 20.
