MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Madison County man is suing the city of Huntsville and a Huntsville police officer, saying that the officer was negligent and caused a wreck in January 2025.
The lawsuit filed by Owens Cross Roads resident Hunter Wallace says a Huntsville police cruiser hit him on January 28, 2025, while Wallace was passing under a green traffic light on Taylor Lane near Highway 431.
