DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — The wheels are set in motion to address the existing traffic nightmare near the Capt. William J. Hudson “Steamboat Bill” Memorial Bridge that connects Madison County to Decatur.
The Alabama Department of Transportation plans to conduct a traffic study near U.S. Highway 31 and the Alabama 20 corridor in the coming months.
