HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A plan to widen more than two miles of Winchester Road has been in the works since 2017, but residents who travel the corridor daily say they have yet to see progress.
The City of Huntsville has planned to widen Winchester Road from Dominion Circle to Naugher Road. Construction was originally expected to begin in 2024, but the road remains unchanged two years later.
