LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – An 18-year-old facing terrorism charges in a plot to kill Athens High School students and staff has applied for youthful offender status.
Carson Butler is being held in the Limestone County Jail on charges including one count of terrorism, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
