DECATUR, Ala. — An inmate has fled on foot from Decatur Morgan Hospital, prompting an active search by Morgan County deputies and Decatur Police Department officers in the surrounding area.
The subject has been identified as Tyler James Freeman, 27. He was last seen wearing a black and white striped jumpsuit but may have changed clothing. Freeman is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown receding hair and brown eyes.
