HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville City Schools (HCS) is moving forward with plans to acquire land in the Hampton Cove area for a future school as part of its 10-year capital plan approved in May 2024.
The proposed campus, which is expected to open for the 2033 school year, will be either an elementary or middle school, though a final designation has not yet been announced.
