Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for parts of Indiana

INDIANA — Residents across much of northern Indiana are being urged to remain weather aware Saturday evening as severe thunderstorms develop and move southeast across the region.

According to the National Weather Service office in Northern Indiana, storms began developing near the Indiana Toll Road during the evening hours and are expected to continue moving southeastward. Forecasters said severe weather is possible with these storms.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for much of northern Indiana, including Adams, Allen, Blackford, Cass, Fulton, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, Marshall, Miami, Pulaski, Starke, Wabash, Wells, White and Whitley counties…
