JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. — A 44-year-old man is facing child molesting charges after he allegedly touched a child in their “no no zone.”
According to court documents, detectives were made aware on Feb. 10 of a Department of Child Services report in which a child said John Smith of Whiteland had sexually assaulted them.
Smith is alleged to have inappropriately touched the victim on multiple occasions in at least two locations. The victim stated that he touched them in their “no no zone.”
Court documents indicate that on at least one occasion, Smith reportedly squeezed the victim’s hands behind their back and when asked to stop, replied with “no, you can’t make me” and continued to allegedly sexually assault the victim…
