(WPTA) – Indiana will receive $154,000 from a generic drug manufacturer as part of a national settlement, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita announced Thursday.
A coalition of 48 states and territories entered into a $29.6 million settlement with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, which “allegedly conspired to inflate prices and limit competition,” according to the attorney general’s office.
