GREENWOOD, Ind. — An Indianapolis woman was charged after she allegedly attacked a patient at a psychiatric hospital in Greenwood in early June.
Nicole Fries, 44, was charged with Battery Against a Disabled Person, a Level 6 Felony.
The Greenwood Police Department took a report of battery on June 2 where a victim at Medical Behavioral Hospital of Indianapolis at 1167 Wilson Drive in Greenwood was reportedly attacked by an individual who worked at the facility.
The complainant stated that the victim is severely mentally handicapped and operates at the level of a 3-year-old. The victim’s age was not disclosed in court documentation…
