ARGOS – An Indianapolis man was arrested for illegally possessing a firearm in Marshall County.
Savantra Earl Smith, 29, Indianapolis, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, a level 4 felony; and possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.
