SPEEDWAY, Ind. — An Indianapolis man is accused of shooting into a Speedway home after becoming angry that his girlfriend was breaking up with him, according to a police report.
Brandon Sutton, 21, was arrested last week and booked into Marion County Jail on a $64,000 cash bond. He has since been charged with battery with a deadly weapon, criminal confinement, criminal recklessness and more.
Speedway police were called on July 28 to a home on Cadillac Drive in reference to an armed man causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found that a glass front door had been shattered. However, they could not find anyone outside the home or on the porch.
They soon found two women standing nearby. While one woman had been grazed by a bullet underneath her right breast, the other victim was bleeding from her ear and later required 13 stitches…
