INDIANAPOLIS – Drivers can expect some overnight lane and ramp closures on I-70 through downtown Indianapolis.
The Indiana Department of Transportation said crews will work on pavement repairs. The closures started on Monday and will continue into the weekend.
Here’s what to expect:
Tuesday, August 4:
- I-70 eastbound and westbound reduced to one lane between Harding St. and Madison Ave.
Wednesday, August 5:
- I-70 eastbound reduced to one lane between Harding Street and Madison Avenue
Thursday, August 6:
- I-70 westbound reduced to one lane between Madison Ave. and Harding St.
Friday, August 7 at 9 p.m. to Monday, August 10 at 5 a.m.
- I-70 westbound reduced to one lane between Madison Ave. and Belmont Avenue
- Ramps from Madison Ave., Capitol Avenue, West/Missouri Street, and Harding St. to I-70 westbound closed
