Following a two-day jury trial, an Indianapolis man was found guilty Aug. 26 on four charges related to a 2025 shooting that led to an injury to a Westfield Police Department officer.
John Jarell Holden, 26, was found guilty in Hamilton County Court of two counts of resisting law enforcement using a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, all felonies. The jury was hung on two counts of attempted murder and one count of battery with a deadly weapon.
