INDIANAPOLIS — Happening Thursday night, the Indy Department of Public Works is releasing its findings from a traffic study along Kessler Boulevard.
The roadway between College and Keystone Avenues is on the city’s high injury network and after a number of serious crashes they are looking for ways to improve it.
