22 people arrested following drug bust in Indiana

INDIANA — More than 20 people have been arrested as part of a coordinated narcotics enforcement operation in Johnson County, according to authorities.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said the roundup took place early Wednesday, April 15, in partnership with the Franklin Police Department. The operation targeted individuals accused of selling illegal drugs to undercover narcotics detectives.

Officials said the investigation began several months ago. On Wednesday, law enforcement served 31 drug-related warrants, with 16 executed by the sheriff’s office and 15 by Franklin police.
