INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man has been sentenced in a deadly July 2023 accidental shooting of a 4-year-old girl at a Cumberland apartment.
Terrelle Jackson was sentenced to seven years in prison, plus two years home detention for neglect of a dependent resulting in serious injury. This was part of a plea agreement that dismissed neglect resulting in death.
