INDIANA — More than 3,800 customers across Indiana are without electricity Friday morning, with the largest concentrations of outages reported in central portions of the state, according to PowerOutage.com.
As of the latest update Friday morning, 3,883 customers are currently without power statewide out of more than 3.28 million tracked customers. Indiana currently ranks third in the nation for the number of outages and third for the percentage of customers affected.
The hardest-hit county is Hamilton County, where 2,183 customers are without electricity, accounting for about 1.25% of tracked customers in the county. Madison County is reporting 1,068 outages, while Vermillion County has 453 customers without service…
