A customer at a barbecue restaurant in Cerritos shot and killed a man who had allegedly walked inside armed with a knife on Sunday afternoon, July 19, authorities said.
The man entered Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, at 11338 South St. in the Landmark Square shopping center, just before 2:15 p.m. and ran through the kitchen and service areas with the knife, scaring dozens of customers and staff, with some running outside when they saw the knife, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Lt.
