Tony Terrell Clark, a man on Mississippi death row for the murder of a 13-year-old boy in Madison County, will not have his appeal heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday, June 8, denied Clark’s petition for a writ of certiorari, leaving him on death row.
Clark, 45, was sentenced to death in 2018 for the 2014 shooting death of 13-year-old Muhammed Saeed and the attempted murder of the teen’s father Fahd Saeed at the family’s convenience store in Canton.
