JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The death of a Jackson man who survived a 2016 shooting has now been ruled a homicide.
Hinds County Coroner Jeramiah Howard said 35-year-old Justin Butler died July 12 from complications related to injuries he suffered in a shooting nearly a decade ago.
