JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Another Jackson apartment complex tied to a man convicted in connection with a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme in New Jersey has been sold.
Last week, a notice of sale was filed in Hinds County Chancery Court for the Covington Park Apartments.
The complex, which has been under receivership since February 2025, was sold for $3.6 million – less than half of the $8 million-plus loan balance used by Covington Park Apts. Owner LLC to purchase the property…
