WHEREAS, on the 15th day of November, 2023, Loveleen Singh and The TSA Revocable Trust executed a certain deed of trust to James R. Hartzog, Trustee for the benefit of Manjit S. Johal, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 7199, at Page 6238, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, State of Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Manjit S. Johal, the holder of the said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Paul David Hastings, as Trustee therein as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated the 15th day of July, 2026, and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 7333 at Page 6879; and…
