OXFORD, Miss. (WLBT) – A Pearl native and a Jackson native have been arrested in Oxford.
According to the Oxford Police Department, 20-year-old Baylie Gallagher of Pearl was arrested on April 9 in the 1600 block of Oxford Place for a reported disturbance and property damage.
