CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Disabled veteran still waiting for arrest after hit-and-run at his home

A disabled Jacksonville homeowner says he is still searching for answers one month after a car slammed into his house and left significant damage that has made part of his home inaccessible.

Dwayne Coly is a Marine veteran who has lived in his Normandy Jacksonville home for about five years. He relies on inclined lifts to get up his staircase. Since the crash on July 29, 2026, he has not been able to use them.
