JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating an early-morning shooting that left one man with a gunshot wound Saturday.
JSO’s Violent Crimes Unit said officers responded to the 200 block of Edgewood Avenue South at approximately 3:15 a.m. in reference to shots fired in the area.
“Approximately an hour and a half later, an adult male walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg,” JSO said. “The injury the victim sustained was considered non-life-threatening.”…
