Kalamazoo’s deputy city manager resigns

KALAMAZOO, MI – Kalamazoo Deputy City Manager Rebekah Kik submitted her letter of resignation on Tuesday, May 26, leaving the city after 11 years in various roles.

Kik is leaving to take a job at the University of Notre Dame as a professor in the School of Architecture and at the Housing and Community Regeneration Center.

Her last day with the city of Kalamazoo will be July 10, as her contract requires a 45-day notice…
