LANSING – The Schoolcraft girls soccer team generated early offense and kept Manchester from coming up with a response on Tuesday in a 7-1 win over the Flying Dutchmen in the Division 4 regional semifinal at Lansing Christian.
The Eagles’ first three shots on goal led to three goals, with Izzy Howard striking just three minutes in and Rowan Talcott adding a pair of goals in the 10th and 13th minutes, the first a left-footed strike and the second from well outside the 18-yard box.
