OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A rally against a potential battery energy storage system, or BESS, facility that could be built on rural land near homes and agriculture drew a group of more than 100 neighbors to Little Pistol Farms in Oshtemo Township Monday night.
The property in question sits adjacent to the farm and across the road from a power substation, along Van Kal Avenue.
