TEXAS TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Another Kalamazoo County governmental body has spoken out against the possibility of data centers in their area.
The Texas Township Board passed Resolution 26-12 at its meeting this week, enacting a temporary moratorium on data center developments, which include facilities housing information technology infrastructure for digital data storage, including artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency mining.
