KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are looking for a driver and anyone else who was in a vehicle that crashed into a power pole in Kalamazoo Tuesday morning, causing a power outage in the area.
The hit-and-run happened at the intersection of W. Paterson Street and N. Park Street, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. A vehicle crashed into a power pole and then sped off.
The impact of the crash caused a power outage in the area, including the traffic light at the Paterson and Park intersection. As of 7:30 a.m., the Consumers Energy map does not show the outage, so it’s not clear how many people were affected…
