After 15 years, Hop Head Farms ceases operations, to auction off all equipment

BERRIEN SPRINGS, MI — After 15 years of serving the craft brewing industry with premium, hand-selected hops, Hop Head Farms is discontinuing all operations.

The decision comes after “multiple years of declining margins and reduced sales,” Brian Dixon, CFO at Hop Head Farms, told MLive.

The company, founded by by Bonnie and Jeff Steinman in 2011 in Hickory Corners, was known for supplying hops cross the country and globe, while operating multiple farms in Southwest Michigan.
