BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — WACO Aircraft Cooperation and CENTENNIAL Aircraft Services shut down all operations on Wednesday.

DIMOR Aero, a German aviation company focused on the production of historically significant aircraft brands, purchased Battle Creek-based WACO Aircraft Cooperation and CENTENNIAL Aircraft Services in 2018, and on Wednesday, announced they are ceasing all manufacturing and maintenance services in the U.S.
“It is with a very heavy heart that we share some deeply difficult news,” a sign on the WACO campus building reads. “After exhausting every possible path to keep our operations running, ownership has made the painful decision to cease the aircraft production and maintenance services in the U.S., effective immediately.”
