Portage city manager announces retirement, to step down July 3

PORTAGE, MI — After nearly four years serving as the city manager of Portage, Pat McGinnis announced Tuesday that he will retire, effective July 3.

McGinnis, 63, began his tenure with the city on July 12, 2022.
