Man sentenced under Clay County Valentine’s Law after high speed chase

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man who led sheriff’s deputies on a high speed chase has been charged under Clay County’s Valentine’s Law.

The Clay County Prosecutor’s Office says Andres Galvan-Zuniga was sentenced to four years in prison for aggravated fleeing.

Officials say on February 8th, 2025, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted Galvan-Zuniga’s silver Cadillac driving without headlines near North Brighton Ave. and NE 42nd Terrace.
