CLAY COUNTY, Mo. — A Kansas City man has a bond hearing Thursday after allegedly leading a Clay County deputy on a high-speed pursuit that ended with drug charges.
Randy L. Presley, 38, is due in court at 9 a.m. He is being held on a $150,000 surety bond for aggravated fleeing and drug possession.
According to a probable cause statement, a deputy attempted to stop Presley’s vehicle May 29 for improperly displaying its license plates. Presley fled, leading authorities on Route 210 and Interstate 435 while driving the wrong way on multiple roads…
