KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The case against one of Kansas City’s well-known towing operators has been dismissed in Jackson County Court.
Police records show Allen “Jay” Bloodworth was arrested last year and was facing eight felony charges, including four counts of car theft and another four for forgery.
